We specialize in directional and intelligent labels, flattering silhouettes and quality fabrics, which we source from around the world.
Our online collection is open to all. Within the UK, we offer free delivery and returns. In London this is via our private courier direct to your home or office. We will ship to anywhere around the world.
Members of our boutique also benefit from our unique shopping service, including an open invitation to view and try the collection at a private appointment in our Holland Park showroom and invitations to exclusive events.

Personal Consultation
As a member of Rous Iland you would be entitled to a personal consultation, either at the showroom or your home/office. This meeting enables us to understand your, wardrobe needs, measurements and colouring in order to provide you with the highest level of service.
Profile Page

The information provided in the consultation will be used to create your own unique password protected profile page.
On this page you will be able to send us instructions to source suitable recommendations for you from the collection, for example, for a wedding, holiday, business meeting or weekend break.
Saving you valuable time, the details in your profile also enable us to suggest the most flattering size for you in any item from the collection.

Delivery
If you purchase an item before 2pm Monday-Friday and have a London address we will deliver it to you that same day for no charge, wrapped in our beautiful packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase all you need to do is contact us from your profile page within 48 hours and our courier will come and collect your item. In order to minimise harm to the environment, we use an environmentally friendly courier company, Rush. We are also willing to arrange next day recorded delivery to any address in the UK for a small postal fee. For further detail on our delivery and returns policy please click here.
Private Appointments

We understand that, although the internet is very convenient, sometimes garments just have to be tried on and felt.
As a member we would therefore offer you a private appointment each season to view and buy from the collection at our show room in Holland Park any time Monday to Sunday upon request.
Rous Iland hosts regular parties at exclusive locations around London in order to enable members to dress up, catch up and meet new friends. You would also be free to invite non-members as your guests.
Invitations to events, the latest Rous Iland Little Black Book offers and articles are published regularly as News on our site and if requested sent to members and non-members via email. To see our latest News item please click here.

Wish List & Guest Buyers

We also understand that you may want to think about a particular item before purchasing or have someone else buy it for you. Your wish list, which is stored on your personal profile, is there for you to compile for your own personal record or to be sent to anyone you choose to encourage gift giving!
As a member of Rous Iland, friends, family and loved ones will be able to buy an item for you simply by entering your name and date of birth.
He or she will be able to include a card and to arrange for the item to be sent to one of your chosen delivery addresses.
For people you think might want to regularly buy you gifts, you may nominate them as Guest Buyers on your profile page.
Guest Buyers will be able to contact us directly for recommended gifts and have the item delivered to an alternative address to ensure that their gift is a complete surprise.

Rewards
We are always looking for ways to spoil our members. For every £100 spent on the collection or introduction of a new member to Rous Iland who makes a purchase, you will earn a reward point. For every 10 reward points earned you will receive a £100 voucher to spend on non-sale items in the collection.
Little Black Book
Rous Iland most loved places, secrets and insider recommendations are listed in our Little Black Book, which you have direct access to on your profile page for those last minute reservations, thank you flowers and rewarding treatments. We continually seek to negotiate exclusive offers for you with the contacts listed in our Little Black Book which you are able to benefit from simply on presentation of your membership card.
